Getting there
Passage to bowen by air is straight through the major airports on the whitsunday seashore (proserpine) and hamilton island. Alternatively you can fly to either townsville or mackay and impel to bowen. The tour by road should agree regarding 2 hours from either townsville or bowen.
Ccess by road from points north and south of bowen is straight through the bruce highway.
